Main focus

The main focus of this website is venture into the minds of students when they’re in a testing environment. This site will point out issues about how schools handle test anxiety while also giving solutions to lessen anxiety.  

The Main issue

Schools often overlook or do not pay enough attention to the mental health of students. In order to preform well on a test or exam, students must be in the right mental state. Being in the correct mental state is one of the main keys to success in school, without this key students are likely to break and not preform as well as they should.  

solutions to all of this

Every student is unique in their own way, meaning there isn’t just one cure to test anxiety. 16 to 20% of students face high test anxiety on while another 18% have moderate anxiety. students should feel calm and ready whenever they approach any testing material. some solutions to all of this are:

  • Getting rest before the date of the test

  • Preparation both in and out of the classroom

  • Building confidence within the students

  • Building relationships between both students and teachers.

  • Making sure the classroom environment is sufficient while testing

  • Being mindful of the foods and drinks that are being consumed

  • practicing meditation frequently
